Unfortunately after much consideration and due to the current economic climate The Brighton Ball taking place on the 11th October at The Grand has been postponed until 2009.
This has been a very difficult decision to make, but in the interest of the charity and those guests who had planned to attend it was felt that because of pressure on individuals and companies the monies raised would not achieve that of the previous years and thus not be beneficial for this event.
The organisers will be reviewing the new date for The Brighton Ball in early 2009.
Thanks for your continual support and we hope that you will be able to offer the same level of support in 2009.

What they said about The Brighton Ball 2007:
"On behalf of Legal & General and our guests, I'd like to thank you and all the team who made Saturday such a great success. From the decor, food, prizes and music, everything contributed to a most enjoyable evening and we really had a great time raising money for some really good causes."
"I hear that Saturday went very well. I hope you had a good evening and everyone enjoyed themselves. Josie said she had a great night. Thank you once again for supporting The Prostate Cancer Charity. We really appreciate your support."
"On behalf of Breast Cancer Care I wanted to say a huge thank you for Saturday night. The venue looked wonderful and the event really was fun to attend. All guests looked like they were having a wonderful time, I am just sorry I had to dash off and missed the main entertainment and dancing! The Stars Bras and Personality Pants were extremely popular and I loved the 'What's in the Box' game, it is really nice to have a winner on each table and get the audience involved on stage."
"I would like to congratulate your team on organising this amazing event. Not knowing exactly what to expect I was a bit worried (being the initiator of this night). But no disappointment in the Ball in any respect. It turned out the best event of this year!"
